I want to apply in Masters in Computer science and Technology in Canada, What is the min Ielts score required for it?

Well it changes from University to University, College to College. Some Colleges admit you for overall 6 bands also but it will trouble you during visa process so better is, try for atleast 6.5 overall with no less than 6 in each and same for universities also.
